Last week we had a level1 hurricane, the after effects of Hurricane Ike. It caused all sorts of damage with trees being up rooted and power outages throughout the area. we were lucky not to have any thing too serious imediately around us. We are all doing just fine. I have included some pictures of some damage.

wow, that would be scary. I was really glad that you let us know that all of you are ok.
We will be praying for you with your surgery that all will be well for you. Will you have to be extra careful in activity or anything like that?
